This Privacy Policy explains how HookTok ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the HookTok mobile application.

• Subscription information: purchase status managed through Apple In-App Purchases and/or RevenueCat.
• Generated output: the hook text you request (used to display results).
• Saved hooks: hooks you save, stored under your signed-in account.
• Usage data: basic interaction data needed to provide and maintain the service.
• Diagnostics (if applicable): crash logs or performance data may be collected to improve reliability.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide AI hook generation and display results.
• Support subscriptions and unlock premium features.
• Store and manage saved hooks.
• Improve the app, troubleshoot issues, and protect against abuse.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, such as:

• Firebase services (authentication and database)
• Apple In-App Purchase services
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• Other cloud/service providers used to operate the platform

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as needed to operate the service or comply with legal requirements.

4. Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Saved hooks remain available while your account is active (and until you delete them in the app).

5. Your Choices

• You can delete saved hooks from within the app.
• You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
• You can request assistance by contacting us using the Support email.
